LABEL DESCRIPTION
Ping Test
IPv4 Select this option if you want to ping an IPv4 address. Otherwise, select – to send ping
requests to all VLANs on the Switch.
IPv6 Select this option if you want to ping an IPv6 address. You can also select vlan and specify
the ID number of the VLAN to which the Switch is to send ping requests. Otherwise, select – to
send ping requests to all VLANs on the Switch.
IP Address/Host Type the IP address or host name of a device that you want to ping in order to test a

connection.
Click Ping to have the Switch ping the IP address.
Source IP Type the source IP address that you want to ping in order to test a connection.
Address
Click Ping to have the Switch ping the IP address.
Count Enter the number of ICMP Echo Request (ping) messages the Switch continuously sends.
