7. Canceling Printing and Reset

(1) Canceling a Print Job During Printout
If "Processing data." or "Now printing." are shown in the scanner's
message display, press the Stop/Clear key. The print job currently
being printed will be cancelled.
(2) Reset the printer and reboot the internal server
computer.
If the printer operation stops or becomes unstable, reset the printer
and reboot the internal sever computer.

1 Press the Copier/Printer/Scanner key to switch to the
Printer mode. Then press the Enter key to make the Printer
Data/On-line indicator go out and put the printer off-line.
2 Press the Reset key.
"Printer reset" will appear in the message display.
3 Use the N and M cursor keys to move the arrow (e) to
"Yes".
4 Press the Enter key.
The printer will be reseted.
