16 Press the Start key. The scanned data will be copied.
NOTE
You can make multiple copies up until the point that you press the
Enter key in the next step.

Press the Enter key. "Insert next original" will be displayed.
In this case, set the next document that you want to scan.
18 Press the Enter key to end the scanning procedure.
The message display will return to the initial mode.
G Send to PC reservation (PCScan)
You can scan data and schedule it to be sent to your computer even
while another operation is in progress to print out copies. If you do
this, transmission of the scanned data to your computer will begin as
soon as the other printing operation is complete.
NOTE
Depending upon the conditions of the copy job, there may be times
when it is not possible to perform Send to PC reservation during print
out of those copies.
1 Press the Copier/Printer/Scanner key until the Scanner
Mode Select menu appears. If "PC sending reservation" is
displayed, the scanner is occupied with another job.
2 Press the Enter key.
Refer to "G Sending scanned data to your computer" on
page 10-7, perform the appropriate settings and scan the
desired documents.
Once scanning is complete, the scheduled Job Number will
be displayed.

3 Once the current printing operation is complete, the
scanned data will be automatically sent to your computer.
NOTES
• The Job Number that is given to each Send to PC reservation
corresponds in line with the Job Numbers given to copy jobs.
Thus, if there are more copy jobs scheduled prior to your Send to
PC reservation, the scanned data will be sent to your computer
only after those jobs are carried out.
• There is a limit to the number of jobs that can be reserved.
Refer to the "4. Job Reserve Function" on page 6-7 for a more
detailed explanation. In the case of a Memory Overflow error, it is
also possible that the number of jobs that can be reserved will be
less than the listed maximum limit.
G Canceling a Send to PC reservation (PCScan)
The procedure to cancel a Send to PC reservation is the same as
that for canceling a scheduled copy job.
