Check whether the network cable is properly connected or not. If this message appears immediately
after the copier starts operation, wait approximately 2 minutes or so and try again. In any other case,
check with your network or system manager to see whether the network is properly connected.
There is a problem with the selected computer. Check whether or not the Scanner File Utility is running
in that computer as well as whether the computer is in an appropriate state to receive data.
The version of the Scanner File Utility is not appropriate. It is necessary to check the Scanner File
Utility. Check with your network or system manager.
The folder setting in the destination computer is not correct. Check with your network or system
manager or refer to the Functions Edition (On-Line Manual).
The destination computer is busy communicating with another scanner or other device. Wait for a while
and try again. If it appears there is some other problem, check with your network or system manager to
see whether the network is properly connected.
The size of the TIFF file being sent to your computer exceeds the allowable limit of 4 GB. Try the
scanning operation again, but reduce the number of documents that are being scanned into a single
file.
The maximum document size that can be used for Send to PC + copying is 36" x 48". Use a document
within those dimensions.
