The amount of paper used by each registered account code can be tracked, so it is easy to manage separately billing and the amount of paper used by each account.

    2-1 Accounting System Menus The accounting system has the following menus. Account Management ON/OFF Account Management must be set to On in order to use the accounting system. Add Account Adds a new account code that is permitted to use the printer. Delete Account Deletes a previously registered account code.

    2-2 Entering Settings through the Printer Operator Panel This section describes how to enter accounting system settings through the printer operator panel. Basic operations are the same as those for the printer mode menu. Turns Account Management ON/OFF. At least 1 Account must exist before turning ON. Set Account Management ON/OFF Make sure Ready is displayed on the operator panel.
