Castor wheel mounting pivot.

Flail rotor bearing housing.
The bearings and pivot points must be lubricated regularly with Shell Gadus S2 or equivalent.
Lubricate only with 1-2 strokes with the grease gun according to the maintenance chart or after
heavy use.

V-BELT ____________________________________________________________

The V-belt is tensioned by a counterweight. If the V-belt is not sufficiently tensioned, it must be re-tensioned. If
there are any tears or the V-belt is damaged, it must be replaced.
There is an inspection opening on the machine.
Remove the screws, remove the safety cover.
Check the V-belt for damage
Reassemble the safety cover

Drive belt tension
Check all fasteners, replace all missing hardware
Visually inspect implement
Lubricate rotor and roller bearings
Check all fasteners, replace all missing hardware
Inspect hoses for any damage
Clean cutting units and visually inspect units and pivots for wear
Check all rotor fasteners, replace all missing hardware and cutters
Check Flail Drive belt and adjust tension
Lubricate shafts and pins
Replace hydraulic hoses
Lubricate these fittings every week.
