5.5 CUTTER REPLACEMENT

1. Turn off the main switch.
2. Slide the scanner unit to the left.
3. Disconnect the 6P connector [A].
4. Remove the cutter unit [B] (2 screws).
5. Remove the cutter unit cover [C] (4 screws).
6. Remove the lower cutter cover (2 screws).
7. Remove the cutter [D] (1 nut).
NOTE: When reassembling, move the cutter motor to the home position
(operation side end) before the lower cutter cover is installed.
CAUTION: The edge of the cutter is very sharp.
