5 Remote I/O Communications
Bit Slave Units
The following assignments are made when the node address of the Bit Slave Unit is set to mm (00 to
63).
• Two inputs are assigned to the following I/O ports: BitInDatmm_00 and BitInDatmm_01.
• Two outputs are assigned to the following I/O ports: BitOutDatmm_00 and BitOutDatmm_01.

3. Thirty-two-point Mixed I/O Slave Unit with Node Address 2:
The two inputs are assigned to BitInDat02_00 (BitIN Data02 Bit00) and BitInDat02_01 (BitIN Data02
Bit01). The two outputs are assigned to BitOutDat02_00 (BitOUT Data02 Bit00) and BitOutDat02_01
(BitOUT Data02 Bit01).
