Hold the two sides of the processor and lift it.

● Clean the thermal compound of the removed processor and put it into an ESD bag.
● Place only one component in an ESD bag.

● Perform this operation only when a processor is not installed immediately.
● The processor socket cannot be exposed and must be covered by a processor or cover
during transportation and storage.
Aligning the processor socket cover with the guide pin on the processor
socket, place the cover on the processor socket. See (1) in
