Frame Memory File
Operations

Importing

You can convert the format of files on a removable drive,
and save the files in frame memory storage as still image
files.
Note
Clip files cannot be imported.

Note
This functionality has been tested and confirmed to work
with TIFF files created by Adobe Photoshop, but it may
not be possible to use TIFF files created with some other
software.
Import image size
Images are placed with the upper left of the frame as the
origin. When an image is smaller than the frame, the
remainder of the screen is filled with black. When it is
larger, parts which extend beyond the frame are discarded.

Open the File >All, External File >Import menu
(7162).
Press the format selection button at the top of the
screen, and select a file format in the pop-up window.
FrameMem (.TIF): TIFF file
FrameMem (.BMP): Bitmap file
FrameMem (.TGA): Targa file
FrameMem (.PNG): PNG file
The name of the specified file format is displayed on
the format selection button.
Press a button on the right in the device selection area,
and select a folder in a removable drive from the pop-
up window.
In the displayed list, select the file to import.
The list displays files on a removable drive with the
specified format.
To select more than one file, press [Plural] and then
select. To select all files, press [ALL].
Press [T Import].
The selected file is imported into frame memory
storage.
