Be familiar with the electrical and occupational safety guidelines for
your country, for example:
In the United States, refer to the latest edition of The National Electrical Code (NEC),
and the latest guidelines of the U.S. Department of Labor, Occupational Safety &
Health Administration (OSHA).
In Canada, refer to the latest edition of The Canadian Electrical Code (CEC), and the
latest guidelines of the Canadian Centre for Occupational Health and Safety (CCOHS).

Use this procedure to mount the BTI7814 onto a rack.
Installation Tools and Kits
Description
ANSI 19 in
ETSI 600 mm
ANSI 23 in
ETSI 600 mm x 600 mm - for DC chassis kits only
NEBS 24 in (depth) - for DC chassis kits only
NOTE:
For the BTI7814 with the AC chassis kit, ensure the
selected cabinet has sufficient depth.
For rack stabilization, load the rack from the bottom up with
the heaviest chassis at the bottom.
Up to three chassis can be installed in a rack. There are no
spacing requirements for the amount of space between
chassis.
