The BTI7800 supports two kinds of port LEDs depending on the module. This is shown
in the following tables.
Description
The port has failed.
A fault exists on the port.
Description
The port is operating normally.
A fault exists on the port.
State Description
The operational status of the module is down.
The operational status of the module is up.
The operational status of the module is up.
The operational status of the module is down.
The administrative status of the module is up, and the
actual module matches the provisioned module.
The module should not be removed from the chassis in
this state.
The administrative status of the module is down, or the
actual module does not match the provisioned module.
The module can be removed from the chassis in this
state.
This is a transient state that occurs when plugging in a
module, or when changing its administrative status.
The module should not be removed from the chassis in
this state.
