Garment body feed: Garment body travel amount to
far side for the operation to prevent belt loop from
being caught
In the case U507 "operaton to prevent the belt loop
from beng caught" s selected for shape Nos. 3, 4, 5,
10, 11 and 12, ths s the travel amount of the garment
body to far sde before the belt loop clamp travels
toward the 2nd sewng poston.
By changng ths perod, the belt loop expandng
poston can be shfted to prevent the belt loop from
beng caught.
Garment body feed: Belt loop clamp travel standby
time for the operation to prevent belt loop from
being caught
In the case U507 "operaton to prevent the belt loop
from beng caught" s selected for shape Nos. 3, 4, 5,
10, 11 and 12, the perod of tme to retard start of travel
of the belt loop clamp toward the 2nd sewng poston s
specified with respect to the garment body feed.
By changng ths perod, the belt loop expandng
poston can be shfted to prevent the belt loop from
beng caught.
shape no. 6: Belt loop clamp loosening amount at
3rd sewing position
For shape No. 6, the amount of the belt loop to be
loosened by movng the belt loop clamp toward you
after the clamp has traveled to far sde untl the 3rd
sewng poston s reached. Ths tem concerns the
aforementoned belt loop loosenng amount.
Adjust ths amount f the garment fabrc s pulled or t
slackens to exceed the specified dimension between
the 3rd sewng poston and the fabrc edge.

shape nos. 5, 12: Belt loop rolling position
correction in terms of lateral direction of clamp
For shape Nos. 5 and 12, the poston at whch the fork
is plunged into the final bartacking of the pattern can be
corrected n lateral drecton of the clamp.
shape no. 7: Belt loop rolling position correction in
terms of lateral direction of clamp
The poston at whch the fork s plunged nto the 2nd
bartackng of pattern shape No. 7 can be corrected n
lateral drecton of the clamp.
shape nos. 7, 8, 9: clamp position correction in
lateral direction for clamping and rolling belt loop
For the shape Nos. 7, 8 and 9, the lateral poston of the
clamp before the clamp clamps the belt loop and rolls t
wth the fork s corrected.
shape nos. 7, 9: Belt loop loosening rod insertion
position correction
For the shape Nos. 7 and 9, the nserton poston of the
belt loop loosenng rod s corrected. (The range n whch
the loosenng rod can move has lmts. Therefore, the
rod may not move to the set poston.)
