Remove sprng 1 whch presses down the work
clamp foot. Loosen setscrews 3 whch secures
work clamp foot gude 2 to replace the work

clamp foot of the sewng machne.
When placng the replacement work clamp foot,
check to be sure that top end 4 of lifting lever fits
n the work clamp foot.
After the replacement, securely tghten setscrews
3 n the work clamp foot gude.
Loosen setscrews 1 and 2 whch secure the

feed plate. Slde feed plate 3 toward the operator
untl t comes off.
Place the replacement feed plate on the sewng
machne. Check to be sure that the needle entry
hole n the feed plate s postoned at center 4 of
the needle hole n the throat plate, and securely
tghten setscrews 1 and 2 .
The work clamp foot for the lnear bartackng and
that for the zgzag bartackng respectvely need
exclusve feed plate of the sewng machne. Be
sure to change the feed plate wth the correct one
whenever you change the type of the work clamp
foot of the sewng machne.

Whenever the work clamp foot and
feed plate of the sewing machine are
replaced with those for zigzag bartack-
ing, the position of the garment-body
presser has to be changed accord-
ingly. (refer to
