dv/dt filter

dv/dt filter for PM330 Power Module
A du/dt filter plus VPL (Voltage Peak Limiter) limits the voltage rate of rise du/dt and the
voltage peaks at the motor. A du/dt filter plus VPL allows standard motors with standard
insulation and without insulated bearings to be operated at the inverter.

Braking Module and braking resistor

The braking resistor allows loads with a high moment of inertia to be quickly
braked.
Inverters with power up to 132 kW have an integrated Braking Module that controls
the braking resistor.
A Braking Module is available as option for inverters with more power.
An example for a braking resistor is shown at the side.
