Set the values of the mode desired to be switched to.
(2)
After setting the values, turning the operating condition setting request (Y9) from
OFF to ON switches to that mode.
(3)
When mode switching is performed, this area is cleared to zero and the
operating condition setting completed flag (X9) turns OFF.
After confirming that the operating condition setting completed flag (X9) has
turned OFF, turn OFF the operating condition setting request (Y9).
Mode to be switched to
Normal mode
Offset/gain setting mode
POINT
If the values written are other than the above, mode switching is not performed and
only the operating condition is changed.

Areas used to restore the user range settings offset/gain values when online
module change is made.
Refer to chapter 7 for details of online module change.
(2)
Specify whether the offset/gain values to be saved/restored are voltages or
currents when saving/restoring the offset/gain values of the user range setting.
