(1) When two or more errors have occurred, the latest error found by the A/D
converter module is stored.
(2) The error codes indicated with
(Un\G19). They are written to completion status area (S)+1 of the
G(P).OGSTOR instruction.

following two operations:
• Turning on Error clear request (YF)
• Turning on Operating condition setting request (Y9) after modifying the set
value to be within the range.
