Configure Additional xDSL Cards

If other ADSL or SHDSL cards are to be configured then repeat Sections
7.12.1, 7.12.2, & 7.12.3 above for each additional card, being very careful
to select the appropriate ADSL or SHDSL folder and load the correct file for
the specific slot position.
