xDSL Bridge Management - Configure PVC

Whilst still in the "Bridge Common Management" screen from the previous
section, select the "PVC Management" box near the top of the screen.
Select "File" then "Open", and depending on which node type and card
type is being configured navigate to the appropriate folder which holds the
PVC files. Select one of the following eight folders:-
•
""PVC Config Parent-adsl" for ADSL cards on a Parent EDA2530.
•
"PVC Config Child#1-adsl" for ADSL cards on a Child 1 EDA2530.
•
"PVC Config Child#2-adsl" for ADSL cards on a Child 2 EDA2530.
•
"PVC Config Child#3-adsl" for ADSL cards on a Child 3 EDA2530.
•
"PVC Config Parent-shdsl" for SHDSL cards on a Parent EDA2530.
•
"PVC Config Child#1-shdsl" for SHDSL cards on a Child 1 EDA2530.
•
"PVC Config Child#2-shdsl" for SHDSL cards on a Child 2 EDA2530.
•
"PVC Config Child#3-shdsl" for SHDSL cards on a Child 3 EDA2530.
Select the appropriate file for the specific ADSL slot position:-
Slot 2 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 2.e42".
Slot 4 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 4.e42".
Slot 6 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 6.e42".
Slot 8 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 8.e42".
Slot 10 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 10.e42".
Slot 12 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 12.e42".
Slot 14 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 14.e42".
Slot 16 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 16.e42".
Slot 18 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 18.e42".
Slot 20 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 20.e42".
Or select the appropriate file for the specific SHDSL slot position:-
Slot 18 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 18.e42".
Slot 19 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 19.e42".
Slot 20 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 20.e42".
Slot 21 file: "xDSL Bridge Management - PVC Management - Slot 21.e42".
Select "Open", then the following screen will be displayed which will default
to the "CONTROL" tab:-
Note: If the message "Document version 8.7.3 does not match app version
8.7.2" appears click Dismiss button to clear the message.
