18.19.3 Response Time During SINEC L1 Traffic

The response time during SINEC L1 traffic is the time between the change in the input signal in the
transmitting system and the change in the output signal in the receiving system.
The response time is computed from three different times:
The processing time in the transmitter (time between change in the input signal and updating of
the SINEC DB, including Send request in User Valid Byte)
SINEC L1 safety time for Receive
Processing time in the receiver (time between evaluation of the SINEC L1 DB, including Receive
request in User Valid Byte, and the change in the output signal)
