NSTALLATION UIDELINES
The two possible single-site configurations are:
Single pair (2 servers) — Primary and secondary servers both run the IP

Telephony and Messaging configuration. The Call Records Service is
enabled only on the primary server.
Two pairs (4 servers) — One pair runs the IP Telephony configuration

and one pair runs the IP Messaging configuration. The Call Records
Service is enabled only on the primary server of the pair running the IP
Telephony configuration.
Print one worksheet for each pair. Not every field is required. Space is
alloted for all fields regardless.
