IP Messaging includes an optional ability to back up messages to an
external server.

In order to import subscriber profiles, IP Messaging requires the password for the
'cworks' user on the Authentication & Directory server.
change the password on the Authentication & Directory server; you must enter the
*current* password.

IP Messaging includes support for Text To Speech (TTS) via one or more
external servers.

archiving provides a secure (sftp) way to archive a copy of each voicemail
message that is created. You cannot restore messages to user voice
mailboxes. If you answer Y to this question, the script prompts you to
supply the following information about the archival server: IP address, a
user name and login password for sftp access, and the name (path) of the
directory into which messages will be placed.
If you choose to not enable message archiving, you cannot enable it later.
Press the Enter or Return key to accept the default answer (N). Data
backup provides a secure (sftp) way to save a snapshot of all IP Messaging
data currently stored on the VCX system. If you answer Y to this question,
the script prompts you to supply the following information about the
backup server: IP address, a user name and login password for sftp
access, and the name of the directory into which the data will be placed.
To use this feature you must answer 'Y' here.
Press the Enter or Return key to accept the default answer (N). If you
answer Y to this question, the script prompts you for the IP address of up
to four Text-to-Speech Servers. Each server is a PC running the Windows
operating system. If you have entered IP addresses for all of your
Text-to-Speech Servers, press the Enter or Return key for all remaining IP
address prompts. If you enable Text-to-Speech, you must use the G711u
codec (the default), not the G729a codec.
