This s ignal from the A1 D i g ital Sou rce goes to the A6 d igital fi lter and
the A4 Local Osc i l l ator. When the i n stru ment is i n the triggered m ode,
B FST marks the f i rst sample of the data b lock. After a trigger and
sam ple clock are received by the d igital sou rce it sends the B FST s ignal
to the d igital fi l ter contro l ler tel l ing it to start tak i n g data. The l ocal
u
osc i l l ator ses th i s signal to l atch the phase of the s i n u soidal output
to the AS Dig ital F i l ter.

Active Low
This signal is the buffered ve rsion o f the LDS l i ne of the A 6 D ig ital
F i lter Contro l l er. It is u sed by the AS D igital Fi lter ass e m b l y for
command decod i n g.

T hese signals are from the AS D i g ital Fi lter to the A6 Digital F i l ter
Control ler. When the i m aginary f i lter auxi l i ary d ata block ( B L K 2 F U LL)

transition of these signals sets the correspo nd i ng i nte rru pt f l ag f l i p­
flop on the A6 D igita l F i lter Control ler.

This signal is from the A6 D i gital Fi l ter Control ler to the AS D i g ital
Fi lter assembly. I t is the buffered version of the system bus l i ne R E S ETL.

Fi lter assem bly. It is the buffered version of the system b u s l i n e U DSL.

and register read i ng and writi ng.
