Repacking in
Original Carton
N-595
To ship the monitor for any reason, follow the instructions in this section.
Contact Nellcor's Technical Services Department or your local Nellcor
representative for shipping instructions, including a Returned Goods
Authorization (RGA) number. Unless otherwise instructed by Nellcor's
Technical Services Department, it is not necessary to return the sensor or
other accessory items with the monitor. Pack the N-595 in its original
shipping carton. If the original carton is not available, use a suitable carton
with appropriate packing material to protect it during shipping.
Return the N-595 by any shipping method that provides proof of delivery.
Pack the monitor carefully. Failure to follow the instructions in this section
may result in loss or damage not covered by any applicable Nellcor warranty.
If the original shipping carton is not available, use another suitable carton;
North American customers may call Nellcor's Technical Services Department
to obtain a shipping carton.
Prior to shipping the monitor, contact your supplier or local Nellcor office
(Technical Services Department) for a returned goods authorization number.
Mark the shipping carton and any shipping documents with the returned
goods authorization (RGA) number. Return the N-595 by any method that
provides proof of delivery.
If available, use the original carton and packing materials. See Figure 18 on
page 72. Pack the monitor as follows:
1. Place the monitor and, if necessary, accessory items in original packaging.
