Module Error Collection Function

This function collects errors occurred in the connected intelligent function modules in the CPU module. By storing the
errors in a memory that can hold data in the event of power failure, the errors can be held even after power-off or reset.
Error history (CPU module including built-in I/O and built-in
CC-Link) and error log (intelligent function module) are
displayed on one screen.
Errors that occurred in the entire system can be monitored
in reverse chronological order.
