Using the riding modes
BMW Motorrad has developed
5 operational scenarios for your
motorcycle from which you can
select the scenario suitable for
your situation:
Riding on a rain-wet road sur-
face.
Sporty riding on a dry road sur-
face.
Riding on race circuits with
stock tyres.

cing tyres.
Riding on race circuits with ra-
cing tyres with provision for the
rider's custom settings.
The interplay of engine torque,
throttle response, ABS control
and ASC or DTC control is op-
timised for each of these 5 scen-
arios.
