MASTER CYLINDER REASSEMBLY
Reassemble the master cylinder in the reverse
order of disassembly and
by taking the following
steps:
CAUTION
:
Wash the master
cylinder components with
fresh brake fluid before reassembly. Never
use
cleaning solvent or gasoline
to
wash them.
Apply brake fluid
to
the cylinder
bore
and all
the internal5 to be inserted into the bore.

When installing the master
cvlinder on the
handlebars, first tighten the clamp bolt on t h e
upper
side.
CAUTION:
Bleed the air from the circuit after reassernbl-
]
ing
the master cylinder.

Adjust the front brake
light switch
after
I
installation.
