Procedure
1 Touch 08 Scanner Address Register - 01 Send Address Edit/Delete.
Note:
In order to delete the group or registered e-mail addresses, touch Group.
Touch the name of the group to be deleted, then touch Delete. The popup
message "Delete this destination address ?" is displayed. Touch Yes or No
and return to the previous screen.
2 Select the address type to be changed or deleted.
To change/delete the E-Mail destination address:
(1) Touch E-Mail.
(2) Display the Register Name of the destination address using the search key or
the arrow keys ( ) and ( ).
(3) Touch the Register Name to highlight it.
(4) To change, touch Change to display the E-Mail Account Screen.
Select the changing item from Address, Name and Reference Name, and
change it in the input screen. Set Daily Use by touching On or Off. Touch OK.
(5) To delete, touch Delete. Touch Yes on the Delete Confirmation popup screen.
To suspend deleting, touch No.
