Procedure
1 Touch 04 Network Setting - 02 Controller NIC Setting - 03 IPP.
2 For each item, select or enter a required value. Use Previous or Next as
required.
IPP Setting
(1) IPP
Specify to use IPP or not.
(2) IPP Print Job Accept
Specify to accept IPP print jobs or not.
IPP Operation Support Information Setting
The following items can be specified by selecting On or Off.
(1) Print Job
(2) Cancel Job
(3) Job Acquisition
(4) Enable Job
(5) Job Attribute Acquisition
(6) Print Attribute Acquisition
IPP Printer Information Setting, Printer URI Setting
(1) Printer Name
Touch Printer Name to display an input screen. After entering in the field,
touch OK.
(2) Printer Establishment Place
Touch Printer Establishment Place to display an input screen. After entering
in the field, touch OK.
(3) Printer Information
Touch Printer Information to display an input screen. After entering in the
field, touch OK.
(4) Printer URI
Maximum eight addresses are set automatically.
3 Touch OK to complete the settings and return to the Controller NIC Setting Menu
Screen.
4 Touch Return to specify other settings, or touch Exit to finish setting.
5 After you have changed the settings, turn off the auxiliary power, then turn off and
on the main power.
When you turn off and on the main power, you need to wait at least 10
seconds to turn on after turning off. If you do not allow a sufficient interval in
between, the machine may not run correctly.
