Disassembly and Assembly of Standard Model

The disassembly procedure is explained mainly. When assembling the parts, follow the disassembly
procedure in reverse.

Removing the Sector Gear Plates 1 and 2

1) Remove screws A (1 pc. each), and remove sector gear plate 1 and sector gear plate 2 from the
platen chassis.

Removing the Platen Chassis

1) Remove E rings (2 pcs.), washer A (1 pc.), washers B (3 pcs.), spring L (with spring cap) and
spring R1, and remove the platen chassis from the base frame.

Pull the bottom (where the mounting holes are located) of the platen chassis outwards
when removing the platen chassis.

In the case of the auto cutter (optional) model, open the cable retainer of the auto cutter
cable upwards and remove the cable.

With the standard model, a
dummy cutter is attached.
