PROGRAMMING THE BOILER WORKING
TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE
ONLY FOR AUTOMATIC 95-26 AND 95-36 MODELS
These models are provided with a TRIAC electronic device which allows the adjustment of the boiler water temperature and
pressure.
To access this program, hold the button 43 (on the side of the display) pressed for about 8 seconds, until the temperature,
shown on the display 48, becomes a flashing light, indicating the memorized set-point value. This means that we have entered
the programming mode. To set the temperature at the desired value, proceed as follows:
Through pulses on the button 41, marked with the small teapot, increment the temperature up to a maximum value of 128°C
(1.6 bar).
Through pulses on the button 42, marked with the large teapot, decrement the temperature down to a minimum value of 110°C
(0.5 bar).
If the maximum or minimum value is exceeded in the programming phase, there is an automatic return to 120°C (1 bar).
After having set the desired value, leave the programming mode with three pulses on the button 43: three dashes (---) will
appear with the first pulse; the CA code will appear with the second pulse; and the real value of the temperature in the boiler
will appear with the third pulse, and the machine will automatically adjust to the new programmed value.
To check the pressure corresponding to the temperature shown, press button 43 (not more than 5 seconds). With the button
pressed, the pressure corresponding to the temperature will appear. This pressure should be the same as the pressure shown on
the pressure gauge 44. If the two pressures are different, proceed as follows:
a) Open the electronic control unit box.
b) Hold the button 43 pressed (beside the display).
c) Using a small wedge-head screwdriver, turn the trimmer (potentiometer) to match the value shown on the display 48 with
the value on the pressure gauge 44, shown on the upper scale (turning the trimmer clockwise increments the temperature
value; turning it counterclockwise decrements the temperature).
Note: this operation must be performed within 5 seconds after pressing the button 43; if more time is necessary, stop and press
the button 43 again at the end of the 5 seconds.
