OPERATION WITH WAITERS CONTROL IN THE RS 232 AND MEMOBOX 2 SYSTEMS
The electronic control unit is supplied with seven WAITER'S keys and one OWNER RESET key that enable the operation of
the espresso machine, the cycle counts and resetting.
Display of number of cycles on machine display
With this type of control it is possible to count the cycles for each waiter or key.
The cycle counting is shown on the THE keyboard display.
INDICATION ON DISPLAY
If the cycles completed are more than 999, the count will be shown in two sequences: first an H with two digits and then the
three final digits.
EXAMPLE: if we want to use 1200 cycles.
Resetting the cycle number on the machine display
The cycle number can be deleted only by using the OWNER'S RESET key.
Operations to carry out to reset the counters:
Carry out the same operations for each waiter's key, if all the cycles performed by the machine are to be erased.

MEANING
Waiter's key not inserted.
Machine not enabled to serve coffee and hot water.
Waiter's key inserted (key No. 2).
Machine enabled to serve coffee and hot water and to count the cycles.
This is displayed when the button on the right of the keyboard is pressed.
The cycle display procedure starts.
When the right button is held pressed, the display shows three short dashes; the machine
is enabled to calculate the number of cycles.
To know the number of cycles for each dose, just press the dose desired on the first unit.
Each button is equivalent to the total count of coffees made with the relative dose, by all
the units.
This display appears first when we press the selected button.
This means that with this serving we have gone past 1000 cycles.
This display appears next, if the above-mentioned button is held pressed.
This completes the number of the previous sequence.
Press the button on the right of the display again.
The CA2 (or Cancel 2) flashing message will appear.
Insert the OWNER'S RESET key into relative serial connector.
Press the THE button, which resets the cycles of all the servings corresponding to the
inserted waiter's key.
The flashing message becomes steady; now the data relative to the number of cycles
made by waiter No. 2 have been erased.
