ADDITIONAL NOTES
FOR 95-31, 95-32, 95-33 AND 95-36 MODELS
The new cooling system installed on the 95-32, 95-33, 95-36 automatic models and on the 95-31 semiautomatic model has
been introduced to guarantee the thermal stability of the water used for the coffees served, both during the periods of maximum
use of the machine and during extended pauses.
This has been made possible by providing a compensation chamber inside the dispensing unit where the cold water, coming
directly from the main supply or from the volume meter (the difference between the semiautomatic and automatic models),
passes through a thermal exchange tube, located inside the compensation chamber, drawing heat from the warm water coming
from the heat exchanger, which is positioned, as usual, inside the boiler.
Therefore, the temperature of the water flowing from the sprinkler will be lower and more stable.
The temperature of the percolation water can be adjusted by varying the boiler pressure and therefore the temperature of the
water in the heat exchanger that is used for brewing the coffee.
