The FR-3x con tains
an energy
saving func

that
switches the instrument off
when
it is left unat-

for more than 10 min utes. Yo

have to sw itch
it on
again from time to time. Yo

can
specify how lang the FR-3x should
wait
befare
pow-
ering off automatically. See "Auto Power Off" on
p.55.

Connecting the
FR-
3x to an
amplifier, mixer,
etc.
The
FR-3x
is equipped
with
an internalspeaker system
and thus does not need to
be
connected to an amplifier
at all.
T
here may
be
times,
however when using an
external
amplification
system
is more convenient.

If
you
are using
optional
batteries and need to eonneet the
FR-
3x to a PA
systelll or
Illixer,
we
reeolllillend using a

available
wireless systelll
to avoid having to use
exeessively
long signal
eables.

To preven
t
Illalfunetion and/or daillage to speakers or other
deviees,
always
turn down the
volullle,
and

rn off the
power
