Adjusting the volume and balanee
Here is how
to
ad just the
volume
on
vour
FR-3x.
[NOTE]
If headphones
are
connec
ted,
the [VO
L]
knob controls
the lis-
ten
ing
leve!.

Use the [VOL] knob to set the desired vol-
ume.
Adjust
the
volullle while you play
the
FR-3x
and
Illove the
bellows
to
prod
uce
sound.
Turning the
[VOL]
knob
clockwise increases the
vol-

turning it co unterclockwise
decreases
it.

Use the [BAL] knob to
adjust
the volume
balanee between the bass/chord
and
treble
sections.
Turning
it
to
wards
"BASS" decreases the
treble sec-
tion's
vo
lullle. Turning
it
to wards
'TREBLE"
decreases
the
bass/chord section's volume.
The
selected balance setting
("t1"~"t63"

briefly
shown in the

Adjusting the chorus and reverb
effects
The FR-3x
eontains twa
digital
effeets:
Chorus and
Reverb. The ehorus effeet gives the impression that sev-
eral instruments of the same type are plaving at the
same time (it is similar to detuning
severai
reeds of a
register). The reverb
effeet
gives the impression
that
vou
are plaving in a eoneert hall, a
ehureh or
a room. It
adds
"depth"
to the sound.

to adjust
the
level
of
the
chorus
effect.
