REP 10.18 Duplex Unit Detect Sensor

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
1. Remove the Duplex Unit, REP 10.1.
2. Remove the Waste Toner Cartridge.
3. Remove the Left Cover, REP 28.3.
4. Release 3 hooks that secure the sensor to the left side tray guide.
5. Disconnect P/J25 to remove the sensor,

Removal
1. Remove the Duplex Unit, REP
2. Remove 6 screws (plastic) that secure the cover to the Duplex Unit,

3. Remove the belt from the rear pulley and belt around the front pulley to release the belt
from the Duplex Unit, Figure

1.
