REP 1.4 HVPS

Removal
Switch off the electricity to the machine. Disconnect the power cord from the customer
supply while performing tasks that do not need electricity. Electricity can cause death or
injury. Moving parts can cause injury.
Do not touch the Fuser while it is hot.
1. Remove the Duplex Unit, REP
2. Remove the Waste Toner Cartridge.
3. Remove the Left Cover, REP
4. Remove the IP Board Cover,
5. Remove the Right Cover, REP
6. Remove the IP Board Cage REP
7. Remove the Rear Door, REP
8. Remove the Fuser, REP 10.10.
9. Remove 5 screws (2 plastic, 3 metal) that secure the bottom fuser bracket to the chassis,

10. Disconnect CN6 from the MCU Board,
11. Release the ribbon cable from the guide and remove 1 screw (metal) that secures the
guide to the MCU Board bracket,
