Push down until it clicks into place.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Always lock the Infant Carrier to the stroller frame by rotating the handle.
IMPORTANT:
Pull up Carrier to ensure it is locked in position.
C. If the baby is not already in the Infant Carrier then secure your baby into the Infant
Carrier by the harness (see page 26)
