When the address fold is longer than the rest
fold, the maximum number of pages per set can
be 5 pages (80 gr/m2) (depending on test). The
maximum set height in the second fold table
when the turning function is used is 5.1 inch
(130mm).
Refer to the section "Job settings", "Fold
settings menu" for the standard available fold
settings.

Bottom addressing

When the "Bottom" addressing fold settings are
selected the following choices are available for
Bottom addressing (see figure below):
• No fold (
).
• Single fold bottom (
).
• Zig-zag fold bottom (
).
No fold
When "No fold" is selected the following choices
are available (see figure below):
• go to the "single fold bottom" menu.
• select settings by pressing "OK" which will get
you back to the "job settings" menu.
The escape key can be used to exit a menu
without saving any settings. "No fold" can not be
used when the document is longer than the
envelope height minus .24 inch (6 mm).
Single fold bottom
When "Single fold bottom" is selected the
following choices are available (see figure
below):
• go to the "Zig-zag fold bottom" menu.
• move the fold position to the right.
• move the fold position to the left.
• confirm the settings by pressing "OK" which
will get you back to the "job settings" menu.
"Single fold bottom" can not be used when:
• the folded document is longer than the
envelope height minus .24 inch (6mm).
• the folded document used is shorter than
3.9 inch (100mm).
For this application the first fold table is used for
folding. The turning unit in the second fold table
is used for turning over the document. The
document will be inserted with the open end
leading. The number of documents in the set is
limited to 5 and less than 5 when the address
length is shorter than the rest length of the
folded document. Default the addressing fold is
set to the envelope height minus .24 inch (6 mm).
Zig-zag fold bottom
When "Zig-Zag fold bottom" is selected the
following choices are available (see figure
below):
• go to the "No fold bottom" menu.
• move the position of the first fold to the right.
• move the position of the first fold to the left.
• move the position of the second fold to the
right.
• move the position of the second fold to the
left.
• confirm the settings by pressing "OK" which
will get you back to the "job settings" menu.
