If the paper is jammed behind the fuser, you will need to remove the fuser unit.
a. Turn the screws on the fuser unit to the left.
Lift the unit and pull forward to remove it.
b.
Pull the paper gently out of the printer or up toward the standard exit bin to remove it.
c.
Place the fuser unit back into the printer, and turn the screws to the right to fasten the fuser unit

securely.
Close the top cover, and then close the front door.
