Troubleshooting for your interactive flat panel
Power Status Causes
light light
The main power switch is off.
Solid red Off The interactive flat panel is turned
off.
Solid Red The computer is off.
amber or
red
The computer isn't connected to
your interactive flat panel.
The interactive flat panel isn't set
to the correct video input source.
Solid Flashing The interactive flat panel is
green amber updating firmware.
Solid Flashing The interactive flat panel detects
green green a computer, but SMART Product
Drivers isn't installed or isn't
running.(For more information,
see page 61).
Solid Solid The interactive flat panel detects
green green a computer with SMART Product
Drivers installed.

Solutions
Turn on the main power switch on the
terminal panel (see page 6).
Press the power button on the front
control panel or the remote control.
Turn on your computer.
Connect your computer to your
interactive flat panel with the required
cable (see page 16).
Select your computer's input source
(typically VGA 1, VGA 2 or HDMI 2)
using the remote control.
OR
Press the Power button
Input button is blue and then press
the Input source button until your
computer's desktop appears.
Do not touch the interactive flat
panel.For more information, see page
47.
Install SMART software on your
computer (see page 21) or install a
SMART GoWire cable (see page 44).
