Syntax: set contact <contact string>
Description: Sets the switch's contact description.
Argument: <contact>:string length up to 40 characters.
Possible value: <contact>: A, b, c, d, ... ,z and 1, 2, 3, .... etc.
Example:
Giga Switch(system)# set contact Taipei
set device-name
Syntax: set device-name <device-name string>
Description: Sets the switch's device name description.
Argument: <device-name>: string length up to 40 characters.
Possible value: <device-name>: A, b, c, d, ... ,z and 1, 2, 3, .... etc.
Example:
Giga Switch(system)# set device-name CR-2600
set location
Syntax: set location <location string>
Description: Sets the switch's location description.
Argument: <location>: string length up to 40 characters.
Possible value: <location>: A, b, c, d, ... ,z and 1, 2, 3, .... etc.
