Power rail switched on in state S0 only.

Connected to SMBus via buffered switch, isolated after reset.

Stuffing option, default is the HDA option.
4)
Power rail switch off in state S5.
WARNING: The +3.3V, +5V and +12V power pins are not protected against a short circuit event.
The connector P-EXP therefore should be used only for attachment of an approved expansion side
card. The maximum current flow across these pins should be limited to 1A per power pin.
