Initial Fax/Scan screen settings are specified. The selected item here is dis-
played as initial value.
Default Tab: Address Search (LDAP)/Job History/Address Book*/Direct In-
put.
- Initial values of destination column display of Fax/Scan screen are set.

- Initial values of page display of Fax/Scan program calling screen are set.
