Polling after specifying the original (Bulletin board)

In this machine, the original that is to be browsed can be posted and original
that is to be polling transmitted can be stored by registering the bulletin
board. The procedures to register originals on a bulletin board and to receive
originals registered on the bulletin board of the sender's machine by polling
are explained below.

Detail
This function can be used only if the sender's fax machine has F-code
functions. For details on F-code, refer to "Fax glossary" on page 12-7.

Registering an original on a bulletin board

Follow the procedure given below to register an original on a bulletin board.
Note
Only one original can be registered on one bulletin board. When another
original is already registered on the specified bulletin board, it is overwrit-
ten.
Following functions cannot be used simultaneously.
Quick Memory TX, Total # of Pages, Polling TX, Timer TX, Overseas TX
mode, ECM OFF, Password TX, V. 34 OFF, and F-Code TX

It is necessary to register the Bulletin Board User Box in advance. For de-
tails on registering a Bulletin Board User Box, refer to "Specifying bulletin
board settings" on page 9-37.

Press [Fax/Scan] key to display the Fax/Scan screen.
