10.12 Registering transmission source name and fax
number (Header Information)
Sender name and fax number are registered.
Sender: Within 30 characters.
- Registered name is printed on the originals received by the recipient as
Header Information.
Sender Fax No.: Within 20 characters using 0 to 9, +, space, *, #
- Registered fax number is printed on the originals received by the recipi-
ent as Header Information.

Registering Header Information

Display administrator setting screen after referring to "Displaying Ad-
ministrator Settings screen" on page 10-4.
– Some items may not be displayed according to setting options.

Touch [Fax Settings].
– In the Utility mode, the number displayed on button can be entered
and selected on the keypad. For [Fax settings], enter [8] on the key-
pad.
