Checking transmission results

It is possible to check transmission results with the job list.
The following items can be checked on the Job History list screen.

Description
Address types (Fax, E-Mail Addr., FTP file, SMB file, TWAIN, Other) are
displayed.
The fax number, E-mail address, box number etc. of the recipient is dis-
played.
The time specified for transmission is displayed. The time is displayed as
hours and minute for the current day, and it is displayed as the month and
day for other days.
The number of pages sent is displayed.
The transmission result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due To
Error etc.) is displayed.
Description
The user name is displayed during user authentication and the account
name is displayed during account management. In other cases, registra-
tion sources such as COPY, PRINT, and FAX-RX etc. are displayed.
The received and saved original name is displayed.
The time when the original was received is displayed. The current date is
displayed as hh:mm and other dates are displayed as mm:dd.
The number of pages received is displayed.
The reception result (Job Complete, Deleted by User, Deleted Due to Er-
ror etc.) is displayed.
