Radiator/Cooling Fan Installation - Honda 1984 Shadow VT700C Manual

Place the fa n over the motor shaft.
Apply a locking agent to the fan motor shaft
threads, install and torque the plain washer. lock
washer and nut.
Attach
the
fan shroud to the radiator with
the
four
bolts.
INSTALLATI ON
Instal l the radiator onto the frame and tighten the
mounting bolts.
Connect the upper and lowe r hoses t o the radiator
arid tighten the hose bands,
Connect the thermostatic switch and fan motor
wire couplers to the wire harness.
Install the radiator cover.
Fill the cooling system (page 6-3).
