INSPECTION
CLUTCH SPRING
Measure
the height
of the clutch spring.
SERVICE LIMIT: 3.6 mm 10.14 in)
Replace the spring if it is shorter than
the
service
limit.
CLUTCH DISC
Replace the clutch discs if they shOw signs of scor·
ing or discoloration. Measure the thi ckness of each
disc.
SERVICE LIMIT: 3.1 mm (0.12 in)
Replace any discs that are thinner than
the
service
limit.
CLUTCH PLATE
Check for plate warpage on a surface plate , using
a feeler gauge.
SERVICE LIMIT: 0,30 mm (0.012 in)
