Duplex Jam 0

Description
The 'Duplex Jam 0' message is displayed in the LCD window.
Check and Cause
1. Paper cannot pass the Duplex sensor.
2. Paper cannot reach the registration
sensor after it has passed the duplex
sensor.
3. Duplex unit reaches end of life.
Solution
1. Replace a HVPS or Control Board.
2. If leading edge of a paper is jammed
on (A), check operation of guide front. If
it is worn or defective, replace it.
3. Check operation of feed roller and
registration roller. If they are worn or
defective replace them.
4. Replace Duplex unit.
